This is Lego part #6177 8×8 Tile Round with 4 Studs in Center in Light Gray

NOTE: Light Gray is the correctly listed color for this part, not to be confused with the modern equivalent, Light Bluish Gray

NOTE: This part is a large, smooth tile, and is prone to scuffing, even in transportation from the factory. These parts are in New condition and have never been used, but we have two listed variants for degrees of scuffing.
